March 22 marks the World Water Day. This year, the focus of the day is access to water and climate change as stated in this message from the OECD.
In Rwanda, a country who is rapidly modernising and improving when it comes to economy, infrastructure and generally speaking quality of life, still, 5 million people does not have direct access to fresh water.
